Free creative can help raise cash for Haiti

Digital out-of-home network operators in North America can screen free, ready-to-use spots to help raise funds for aid to earthquake-stricken Haiti.

Consultancy The Preset Group has assembled ads encouraging Red Cross donations and made them available for download from its Website (see link below).

Both landscape and portrait formats are provided, in several video file formats as well as the native Final Cut Pro format.

“Preset member David Weinfeld suggested we had the resources to put spots together for network operators who’d like to help, but didn’t have the time or resources to build a spot on their own,” said Preset’s Dave Haynes.

“There are countless agencies helping out, but we selected the Red Cross for simplicity and because of the haunting imagery agency photographers have captured,” he added.

Preset was founded by digital-signage veteran Haynes – previously with BroadSign International – along with Paul Flanigan, formerly of Best Buy, and Pat Hellberg, who earlier pioneered Nike’s use of digital OOH.
